On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the University has produced copy of letter dated 30.09.2011 written by the Controller of Examination of the University to the Principal, P.G. College, Ghazipur, wherein certain queries have been made from the Principal of the College, and coupled with the copy of Mark-sheet of M.Sc. Part I of the year 2007 dated 27.09.2011 has also been produced. Let the entire facts be brought on record.
