Learned standing counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondents. He prays for and is granted six weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within nexgt two weeks.
List thereafter along with record of writ petition Nos.29097, 29098 and 29099 of 2011, showing the names of respective counsel in all the cases along with cause title.
For the same set of circumstances, as has been indicated in the order dated 19.05.2011 passed in writ petition No.29095 of 2011, interim protection is accorded to petitioner also. Consequently, till the next date of listing, effect and operation of the impugned order of suspension dated 21.04.2011 is directed to be kept in abeyance. However, passing of this order will not prevent the respondents from undertaking the disciplinary proceeding and bringing the same to its logical end. It is made clear that the petitioner will extend all possible cooperation in the being extended. In case disciplinary proceeding is undertaken jointly, then action be taken against other incumbents as well against whom charge sheet has been issued.
