In the order dated 10.5.2011, paragraph-3 is substituted by the following paragraph:-

"Till the next date of listing, the operation of the order dated 29.4.2011 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 15, Deoria in Civil Revision No. 150 of 2010, Suresh Vs. Sampurna Nath Tiwarii and the order dated 16.8.1980, passed in Original Suit No. 684 of 1980 shall remain stayed and the parties shall maintain status quo as on today".

The application is disposed of.
