Till further orders of this Court, Sri Mukesh Bothra (the husband) will continue to pay the maintenance as awarded by the order dated 18.4.2011 in Case No.30 of 2007 in proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

Master Devanshu Bothra has been living with his mother Smt. Anita Bothra since his birth. In view of this, he will continue to be in the custody of his mother. Sri Mukesh Bothra (father of Master Devanshu Bothra), will be permitted to meet him on the last Sunday of every month between 2 P.M. to 5 P.M. where Master Devanshu Bothra is living with his mother Smt. Anita Bothra.
