It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that this case may be sent to Mediation Center for the purpose of settlement between the parties.

After proceedings of the Mediation Center, list this case along with aforesaid application before this Court on 09.08.2011. Till then no coercive step shall be taken against the applicants in Criminal case No. 3959 of 2010 (Smt. Kalpana Jauhari vs. Akash Deep Saxena & others), under sections 18.19, 20, 22 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, Etah, District Etah, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah, in case the receipt of the deposited amount of Rs. 10,000/- in Crl. Misc. Application No. 14504 of 2011 is filed before the court concerned.
