Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners filed the suit for permanent injunction against the defendants on the ground that the property in dispute has been given to them by way of a will dated 18th February, 1970 by Smt. Rajpati Devi, who died on 2nd April, 2011. The suit was filed alongwith an application for interim relief on which notice has been issued by the Trial court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the next date fixed is 24th May, 2011 for disposal of the application for interim relief.

On the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Trial court to dispose of the application for interim relief on the next date fixed, i.e., 24th May, 2011 and in case if it is not possible to dispose of the application for interim relief on the said date, in any case the same may be disposed of within two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of the order.
