Issue notice to the respondents who are not represented by the counsel.

Until further orders of the Court, the operation of impugned award dated 25.11.2010 passed by MACT/Additional District Judge, Court No.11, Ghaziabad in MACP No.148 of 2004 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 2/3 of the amount awarded by the impugned order within two months from today. The amount deposited here may be remitted to Court below for adjustment.

The Court below will invest the amount in any Nationalised Bank or permit the claimants (award holders) to withdraw the amount without any security in the same proportion as has been directed by the impugned award. The fixed deposit may be renewed from time to time.
