Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.

It is not disputed that the co-accused Babloo Shukla has been granted bail vide order dated 27.10.2010 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.27156 of 2010. It has been submitted that the role of the accused applicant is also similar to that of co-accused Babloo Shukla. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case the accused applicant also deserves bail.

Let applicant Manoj Yadav involved in case crime no.177 of 2009 under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters Act, P.S. Nagla Khangar, District Firozabad be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
