Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, let the applicant Smt. Swarnjeet Kaur alias Swarn Kaur wife of Sri Jeet Singh, be released on bail subject to furnishing two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each and a personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM concerned in Case Crime No.1200/2010 under Section 409 IPC PS Gola, District Kheri Lakhimpur.
