The contention of the petitioner is that despite the order dated 1.4.2010 passed by the D.I.G. (Establishment) by which the petitioner has been transferred from G.R.P. Gorakhpur to Aligarh, but he is not being relived in pursuance of the said order.

Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction in the matter.
