Recall is being sought on the ground that due to inadvertent mistake, case could not be marked in the cause list.

Cause shown for non appearance in the affidavit filed in support of recall application is sufficient.

Application stands allowed. Order dated 08.11.2010 dismissing the writ petition for want of prosecution is recalled. Writ Petition stands restored to its original number.
