Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are constable in U.P. Civil Police. They were sent on deputation to the Trade Tax Department from August, 2008 for a period of three years. The apprehension of the petitioners is that despite the fact that period of deputation has come to an end, they have neither been relieved from the Trade Tax Department nor the period of deputation has been extended. In this regard, the petitioners have made representation to the Additional Commissioner, Commercial Tax Department, Agra Zone, Agra on 27.7.2011 by registered post, but no order has been passed on the same.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of finally with the direction to respondent no.3 - Additional Commissioner Grade - II, Commercial Tax Department, Agra Zone, Agra to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioners dated 27.7.2011 (Annexure 8 to the writ petition) within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
