About the Opportunity
MB Jain & Partners, a leading law firm specializing in corporate practice areas such as Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Company Law, and Arbitration, is currently hiring 25 interns to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for law students based in Mumbai and Gurgaon to gain practical experience and insights into the corporate legal landscape.
The internship will start from December and will continue for a minimum of 3 months.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with research on IPR, Company Law, and Arbitration matters.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, notices, and contracts.
- Assist with case preparation and client communication.
- Support senior associates and partners in day-to-day tasks related to ongoing cases.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to law students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LLB program.
- Strictly for students based in Mumbai (Preference for those living along the Western Line due to office location in Goregaon).
- Minimum 3-month commitment required. Short-term interns need not apply.
