About the Internship
Applications are invited from motivated and hardworking law students for internship opportunities at the Chambers of Nikhil Saini, dealing primarily in Civil Litigation, Commercial Disputes, Arbitration Matters, Writ Petitions and Constitutional Litigation and Matters before various Courts, Tribunals and Arbitral Tribunal in Delhi and across India
Eligibility
Law students pursuing 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law courses.
Preference shall be given to students having strong research and drafting skills. Candidates must possess sincerity, commitment and eagerness to learn litigation practice.
Nature of Work
- Legal research
- Drafting of pleadings, applications and legal notices
- Court assistance and briefing
- Case law analysis
- Assistance in arbitration and commercial matters
Mode & Location
Physical Internship at Delhi Office.
Duration
Minimum 4 weeks
