S&R Associates represented IRB InvIT Fund, India’s first publicly listed InvIT, in its INR 3.42 billion acquisition of VK1 Expressway Private Limited (VK1) from the Fund’s sponsor, IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited.
VK1 is a concessionaire for a section of the Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway.
The S&R team was led by partner Pratichi Mishra and included associates Dhanush Dinesh, Samyak Jain and Oshika Nayak.
