CP-GBS provides Prior Art Searches (Novelty & Freedom of Operation Searches), Patent Prosecution and Patent Coordinator Support to GPO.

Eligibility

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an excellent academic record.
• 3+Years’ experience in patent formal matters related to the European Patent Office (EPO), Indian Patent Office (IPO), and patenting procedures is also desirable
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command over written and spoken English is essential.

Skills Desirable

• Some demonstrated skills for solving problems using process-oriented thinking is desirable.
• Knowledge of patent formal matters related to the Indian Patent Office (IPO), patenting procedures will be desirable but not a must.
• Some demonstrated skills for solving problems using process-oriented thinking is desirable.
• Knowledge of procedures in connection with handling incoming and outgoing case files correspondences.
