• The candidate must hold good drafting, communication and argumentative skills.
• The candidate must be a team player with a constant desire to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

•  The candidate will be responsible for assisting in criminal raids in IPR litigation.
• The candidate will be responsible for appearing and conducting proceedings in courts and forums across Delhi and other states.
• The candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings, applications, notices, etc.
• The candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients and other counsels.

Salary

Depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate.
