Eligibility

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in law, engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in intellectual property and patent law.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Basic understanding of patent processes and procedures is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Patent Information Searching and AI-curated Patent Searches.
Support Freedom to Operate Searches and Patent Landscape Analysis.
Contribute to Design Patentability Searches and Non-Patent Literature Searches.
Participate in Custom Patent Searches and Technology Scouting.
Help with Patent Summary creation and New Application Scouting.
Engage in Reverse Engineering, Patent Mining, and Market Surveillance Monitoring.
Aid in Technical Monitoring, Competitor Monitoring, and Legal Status Monitoring.
Assist in Patent Data Verification and European Patent (EP) Validation.
Support Patent Filing Form Preparation and Patent Term Adjustments.
Assist in drafting Office Action (OA) Responses and Proofreading Patents.
Help prepare Information Disclosure Statements (IDS) and maintain Patent Docketing.
Contribute to Patent Drawings/Illustrations and Design Patent Drawings.
Support Patent Drafting, Sequence Listing, and India IP Filing tasks.

Stipend

15,000 – 20,000 INR
