About the Opportunity

Legal Angles, Patna is expanding its litigation team and looking for Long-Term Assessment Interns and Fresh Law Graduates. They offer a dynamic and hands-on litigation experience for individuals passionate about law and courtroom practice.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting of Writ Petitions, Bail Petitions, Quashing Petitions, and Appeals for the Patna High Court
• Appearances before District Courts, Labour and Income Tax Tribunals, RERA, CAT, and the Hon’ble Patna High Court
• Briefing Senior Counsels on cases
• Drafting SLPs to be filed before the Supreme Court of India

Eligibility Criteria

4th and 5th year law students and fresh law graduates may apply.
