About the Opportunity

Aequiitas Legalisis is inviting applications from eligible candidates for its internship in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting advocates in drafting court documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
• Organizing and managing case files, both digital and physical.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support advocates in case preparation.
• Corresponding with clients, drafting letters, and communicating with opposing advocates.
• Assisting with the filing of various petitions in court.
• Undertaking any other tasks as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must be currently enrolled in a 3-year LLB program or a 5-year Hons program.
• Candidate should have excellent time management skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with others in a team.
