About the Institution
Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune, is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, approved by the Bar Council of India, and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. The college has been accredited with an ‘A’ Grade by NAAC.
The Post-Graduate Department, established in 2010, offers the LL.M. programme and regularly organizes national and international academic events, seminars, and research-driven initiatives.

- Undergraduate (Law) students
- Postgraduate (Law) students
- Must be enrolled in a recognized law college or university
- Co-authorship is not permitted
- Only one submission per participant
Submission Guidelines
- Abstract: 350 words (with 5–6 keywords)
- Full Paper: 4000–5000 words (excluding footnotes)
- Citation Style: ILI Rules of Citation
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Footnotes: Size 10
- Similarity Limit: Up to 10% (Plagiarism check will be conducted)
- Selected papers will be published with ISBN (subject to plagiarism clearance)
