Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad is organizing Capsule Course on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 from 7th to 9th Feb, 2020.

Venue: Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad.

Date: 7th – 9th Feb 2020.

Eligibility

Student’s duly enrolled and pursuing 3 years or 5-year undergraduate law course from any university recognized by the Bar Council of India may apply to participate in the competition.
Legal Professionals/LLM Scholars/PhD Scholars etc.

Registration

The Registration Form is attached as Annexure- I in the Rules for the Symbiosis Law School, Capsule Course on IBC. The registration would be on first come first serve basis.

The Registration fee for the course is INR 2,000 (In words – Rupees Two Thousand Only) inclusive of GST @ 18% which includes accommodation, Course Material and food for the days of the course, Wi-Fi and any other facilities provided by the institute to its discretion for Students of 5year/3 year LLB course.

The Registration fee for the course is INR 2,500 (In words – Rupees Two Thousand Only) inclusive of GST @ 18% which includes accommodation, Course Material and food for the days of the course, Wi-Fi and any other facilities provided by the institute to its discretion for Legal Professionals/LLM Scholars/PhD Scholars etc.

Fee Details

The registration fee is to be paid through a wire transfer only. The required details for the same are contained in Annexure III. Any additional charges incurred by the participant while making the wire transfer are to be borne by them.

All participants must email a scanned copy of the receipt generated on completion of the wire transfer at cccl[@]slsh.edu.in.
