About the Research Paper Competition

In light of the growing importance to the field of Taxation, the TNDALU (Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University), School of Excellence in Law in association with S.A.P.R. Advocates started a national level taxation Research Paper competition, the aim of which is to be a high-quality event focused on taxation.Topic: “COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS OF S.56(2)(x) AND S.50CA OF THE INCOME TAX ACT, 1961”

How to submit?

Two hardcopies of each entry in the format specified above, along with a soft copy of the same in a Compact Disc (CD) must be submitted to: The Convenor, 9th V.S.Sundaram Memorial Research Paper Competition, School of Excellence in Law, Tamilnadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, MGR Salai (Near Taramani Railway Station), Perungudi, Chennai 600096.

Participants must also email a copy of their entry as a Read-Only MS-Word document to 2019krr@gmail.com and info@saprlaw.com.
