ELENCHUS LAW REVIEW (ISSN: 2395-034X; E-ISSN: 2456-9798) is a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal published biannually by the Centre for Economy, Development and Law (CED&L), Government Law College, Thrissur, Kerala, India.The Journal aims to be a medium that involves, promotes and engages students, academicians and legal fraternities to express and share their ideas and opinions on themes and methodologies relating to the interface of law and society.

It subscribes to an expansive view on the interpretation of “law and society”, thereby keeping its basic criteria for contributions, simply that of high academic merit, as long as there is a perceivable link. ELENCHUS LAW REVIEW strives to promote research and writing centered on the theme of “Justice to enliven the practical content of life” – broadly defined.

Elenchus is now inviting papers to publish in its Vol. 04, 2018-‘19. The upcoming issues are to focus upon review of the latest legal and political events, though other interdisciplinary academic research papers also are welcome. We encourage research, drawing to a variety of theoretical bases, research methodologies and disciplines and attempt to ensure an eclectic method to simulate critical thinking and to illuminate ideas.

The journal welcomes submissions from law students, judges, lawyers as well as academicians. With a view to encourage interdisciplinary erudition, it also welcomes submissions from experts from other disciplines.

ELENCHUS LAW REVIEW assures best efforts to retain the author’s style throughout the editing process. Authors should submit complete, fully-cited works. Submissions are carefully reviewed through a blind process by members of the Editorial Board to determine its quality.

The reverent Principal shall be the Patron of the editorial broad and the journal shall be edited by The Board of Editors. The Advisory Committee consists of eminent personalities/academicians and professionals from various disciplines of law, politics, sociology, economics, public administration, international relations etc.

The last date for submission of papers is 4th January, 2019.

Your papers are to be sent as soft copies to editoratelenchus@gmail.com in doc/docx format, strictly following the Publishing-Policy and guidelines to authors as published in the journal web page. Subject title for the same should be kept as “FOR ELENCHUS VOL 04”.
