School of Law, Sharda University takes immense pleasure to present the National Seminar on International Law: Analysis & Appreciation.

The Seminar is designed for students and professionals in international law, young scholars, government officials and lawyers in the field of international law. The seminar will help the professionals and students widen their knowledge of the emerging and existing issues in international law through discussion and exchange of ideas.

Participants of this seminar will attend the lecture delivered by keynote speakers, followed by discussions and presentation by the presenters. All participants are expected and encouraged to engage in discussions and deliberations at the sessions.

Call for Papers

This seminar aims to provide broad coverage and dissemination of research, where participants shall get an opportunity to present and publish their original research work in the form of research papers and case studies. The objective of this Conference is to bring together the researchers from academia and industry as well as practitioners to share ideas, problems and solutions relating to the multifaceted aspect of International Law.

In this regard, we take pleasure in inviting the faculty members, research scholars, students and corporate members to present their research and participate in Seminar.

For the purpose of paper presentation, the suggested sub-theme are listed below, sub-themes are indicative of relevant research areas to give the prospective authors innovative prepositions about the ambit of discussion during the course of the conference.

International Commercial Arbitration
The responsibility of the state under International Law
Strategic Intervention and Application of International Law
International Human Right and Terrorism
International Trade and Investment Law

Note: Sub-themes are indicative and authors choose any relevant topics or sub-theme for abstract submission and paper presentation.

Procedure for Submission & Participation

Abstract (of about 250 words) should be sent as an attachment in a word file. Abstracts will be peer-reviewed before they are accepted.
All the accepted abstracts will be invited to present their completed research paper in the seminar.

Registration Fees & Procedure

Student/Research Scholar Rs. 1500/-
Profession/Academician Rs. 2000/-

Inclusions: Registration Fees is inclusive of seminar fees, kits and souvenir to all participants, lunch and all AM/PM High Tea Break.

Procedure: Authors of selected abstracts will be notified with a registration link and account details to pay the registration fees. In the case of co-authorship, authors are expected to make individual payment of mentioned seminar fee.
