Submission Guidelines

Formatting Guidelines

• Word limit: 1200 – 1500 words (excluding footnotes).
• Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 line spacing.
• OSCOLA (4th Edition) citations required.
• Co-authorship: Maximum 2 authors.
• Plagiarism limit: 10% (UGC guidelines).

• Mediation Act, 2023 and related legislations,Analysis.
• Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
• Cross-Border Commercial Mediation.
• Family & Matrimonial Mediation.
• Technology & AI in Mediation.

Submission Process

• Submit: Send your article via email with all required documents.
• Review: Editorial board reviews for quality and relevance.
• Edit: Professional editing and formatting for publication.
• Publish: Article goes live on NLUO Mediation Blogs with author attribution.
