About the Conference

The Conclave provides an interdisciplinary forum to examine legal, regulatory and ethical challenges arising from digital transformation in business and commerce. Sessions will cover AI regulation, blockchain and smart contracts, data privacy and cybersecurity, fintech and digital currencies, IP in the tech age, ESG and corporate accountability, competition in digital markets, labour issues for platform economies and innovations in dispute resolution and legal tech. Selected papers will be published as conference proceedings (ISBN).

Submission Guidelines

  • Eligibility: UG, PG students, research scholars, academicians, practitioners, policymakers.
  • Abstracts: 300–350 words; include minimum 5 keywords. Submit abstracts in .doc/.docx to conferencecorporatelaw@gmail.com.
  • Full Papers: 3,000–5,000 words. Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing; Footnotes: Times New Roman 10 pt. Bluebook (20th ed.).
  • Cover Letter: Separate file with author(s) details, email(s), contact no(s), designation(s), institution(s), paper title.
  • Co-authorship: Up to 3 authors allowed. Registration fee per author.
  • Presentation: 10 minutes before a panel. Selected papers will be published (ISBN).

  • Notification of acceptance: 16 October 2025
  • Registration opens: 17 October 2025
  • Last date to submit full paper: 6 November 2025
  • Conference dates: 8–9 November 2025 (Virtual)
  • Last date for registration: 7 November 2025

Fee

  • Students (UG & PG): INR 800/-
  • Research Scholars / Academicians / Practitioners / Policy Makers: INR 1,000/-
  • International Participants: USD 30/-
  • Participants submitting only for publication: INR 1,000/-
  • Additional author (per extra co-author): +INR 500

  • Best Presentation Award: INR 1,500 + Medal + Trophy + Certificate
