Notification No. F. 9(2) Home/Gr. 7/75, G.S.R. 19 June 26, 1975 - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 read with Section 3 of the Rajasthan State Road Transport Service (Prevention of Ticket-less Travels) Act, 1975 (Act No. 11 of 1975), the State Government hereby makes the following rules, namely-

CHAPTER I

1. Short title and commencement- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan State Road Transport Service (Prevention of Ticket-less Travels) Rules, 1975.

(2) These rules shall come into force with immediate effect.

2. Definition- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires-

(a) "Act" means the Rajasthan State Road Transport Service (Prevention of Ticket-less Travel) Act, 1975.

CHAPTER II

3. Tickets- Tickets required to be supplied under Section 3 shall be in the form as prescribed by Rule 4 of the Rajasthan passengers and Goods Taxation Rules, 1959.
