An Act to provide for the repeal of the Rajasthan Social Education Board Act, 1961.
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Thirty-Third Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
- Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act ma be called the Rajasthan Social Education Board (Repeal) Act, 1982.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
- Repeal of Rajasthan Act No. 22 of 1961.- The Rajasthan Social Education Board Act, 1961 (Rajasthan Act No. 22 of 1961) is hereby repealed.
