The Mysore State Legislature (Delegation Of Powers) Repeal Act, 2002 ACT NO. 57 OF 2002 1159 [17th December, 2002] An Act to repeal the Mysore State Legislature (Delegation of Powers) Act, 1971. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Mysore State Legislature (Delegation of Powers) Repeal Act, 2002. 2. Repeal of Act 23 of 1971.-The Mysore State Legislature (Delegation of Powers) Act, 1971 is hereby repealed.
