दुभाषिया ठीक-ठीक भाषान्तर करने के लिए आबद्ध होगा-जब किसी साक्ष्य या कथन के भाषान्तर के लिए दुभाषिए की सेवा की किसी दंड न्यायालय द्वारा अपेक्षा की जाती है तब वह दुभाषिया ऐसे साक्ष्य या कथन का ठीक भाषान्तर करने के लिए आबद्ध होगा ।
