An Act to repeal the Influx from Pakistan (Control) Repealing Act, 1952.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
- Short title.-This Act may be called the Influx from Pakistan (Control) Repealing (Repeal) Act, 2001.
- Repeal of Act 76 of 1952.-The Influx from Pakistan (Control) Repealing Act, 1952 is hereby repealed.
