HC issues notice regarding use of masks & maintenance of social distancing in court complex [Read Notice]

The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court after considering the spike in number of Covid-19 cases rapidly in area has issued the notice regarding the compulsory use of face masks while the working in the office and maintaining the social distancing in the court campus.

The High Court has released the notification after observing that most of the officers are not wearing mask during the office work and it has been also seen that some of them have habit to keeping mask below their nose while working in the office and roaming in the court campus. It has also observed that the protocol of social distancing is also not following by the officials.

Through its notification the court has strictly directed to all officials to wear masks properly and maintain the social distancing in the court at all time while working in the office.

The court has also directed the officers not to roam in the court campus unnecessarily and also not to visit someone’s office without any official work.

The court has directed the court officer to distribute masks and sanitizer etc. in the court campus.
