Practice Area

Dispute Resolution – Civil & Commercial Litigation & Arbitration.

Eligibility Criteria

• Should have expertise in drafting of pleadings and other documents in civil & Commercial litigation, arbitration & NCLT matters.
• Ability to manage and handle complex civil & commercial dispute matters.
• Should have good knowledge of the processes & practices of the High Court, arbitration matters & NCLT matters.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Civil & Commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• The ideal candidate must have good communication and presentation skills. Candidates with high ownership towards their work and having the ability to drive closures will be preferred.
