Key Guidelines:
Photography and videography within the High Security Zone is strictly prohibited, except for official purposes.
Media personnel are allowed to conduct interviews or live broadcasts only from designated areas, primarily the lawn in the Low Security Zone.
Use of mobile phones for photography or videography is banned even in the lawn of the High Security Zone.
Equipment including cameras, tripods, selfie-sticks, or any device used for creating reels or photographs is restricted within the High Security Zone, unless authorized for official use.
Advocates, litigants, interns, or law clerks violating these guidelines will be subject to disciplinary action by their respective Bar Associations or State Bar Councils.
Media personnel found in violation may have their access to the High Security Zone restricted for one month.
Registry staff or other stakeholders violating these directives will face strict disciplinary measures through their respective departments.
Security personnel retain the authority to deny permission to any individual, including staff, advocates, or others, from taking photographs or recording videos within the High Security Zone.
The circular has been circulated to all relevant authorities, including the Supreme Court Bar Association, Advocates-on-Record Association, registrars, security officials, and CPWD project directors, ensuring strict compliance across the board.
