SAM hires Link Legal's Projects & Project Finance Partner as a Partner

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has hired Link Legal India Law Services' Projects and Project Finance Partner Shashwat Kumar as Partner in its Delhi Office.

He had joined Link Legal in 2016 and got promotion from Associate Partner to Partner in 2017.

He is a Delhi University 2006 batch graduate.

He begun his career at J Sagar Associates (JSA), then joined hands with AZB & Partners in Delhi b/w 2008 & 2014, followed by a one-year stint at Dua Associates and 9 months at PDS Legal has been his journey until 2016.

He specializes in advising public sector companies & multinationals in the infrastructure sector on regulatory and policy issues.
