Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Onsitego Electro Services Private Limited (Onsitego) in its investment in Digi2L - https://digi2l.in/. The post-closing shareholding of Onsitego in Digi2L is 26%.

Digi2L operates in the re-commerce space and is in the business of providing assured buyback, exchange and reselling services for appliances. Onsitego was founded in 2010 by Kunal Mahipal and its investors include IFC, Accel and Zodius.
