Parinam Law Associates promotes 2 to Equity & 2 to Salaried partnership

Parinam Law Associates, which had been set up in November of last year by former ALMT Legal-JurisCorp partner Hitesh Jain and ex-J Sagar Associates (JSA) partner Ravichandra Hegde, has promoted two of its co-founding partners to equity partner level, and two to salaried partners.

Managing Partner Jain explained that the new equity partners had the same powers as any other equity partner at the firm, which operated a “hybrid model” of sharing revenue and eat-what-you-kill, and a dynamic structure that rewarded performance.

Two of Jain’s team member’s, who were part of the Parinam founding team as salaried partners, have now been elevated to equity partner.

• Subhash Jadhav (GLC Mumbai 2002), specialises in civil and criminal litigation, and family law, and
• Pooja Tidke (GLC Mumbai 2005), specialises in commercial litigation,

Two principal associates have been promoted to salaried partner:

• Anuja Kedia (GLC Mumbai 2010), property and real estate, and
• Mallika Noorani (GLC Mumbai 2012), corporate commercial, media, entertainment and employment law.
• Associate Manali Kshirsagar was elevated from associate to senior associate level.

With the elevations, Parinam Law Associates, has grown to 10 partners, of whom 7 are now equity and 3 are salaried partners. The firm has a total of 70 fee-earners, including partners, with offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Pune.

Jain commented: “Subhash has been with me since 2005 while Pooja has been with me from 2002. Both Mallik and Anuja have been early members of my team since 2010-2011! It is a proud moment for me.
