Link Legal advised BeyondSeed in its seed investment in Goofy Tails Private Limited

Link Legal represented and advised BeyondSeed, a Singapore based fund, in its seed investment in Goofy Tails Private Limited. The Firm also worked alongside Chennai Angels, an angel investment group based in Chennai, for its investment in Goofy Tails in the same seed round. The ticket size of the entire deal is approximately INR 30.3 million.

Goofy Tails is engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing and distributing, selling Pet products and other similar items including but not limited to Pets’ food, toys, accessories, pet care products, pet consumables etc. 

Our scope included (i) Conducting legal Due Diligence; (ii) drafting, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents; (iii) legal assistance in closing the transaction; (iv) business structuring; and (v) providing general advisory and assistance throughout the transaction.
