Boost and Bloom: L&L promotes 6 to Partner, grows to 78 in total, Doubles office space in Mumbai

L&L Partners has promoted six to partner, of whom three are in the M&A Corporate practice group, two in general corporate, and one in banking finance, according to an internal announcement.

The promotions are in the firm’s transactional entity (excluding litigation and tax, which are separate entities).

They take L&L Partners to a total headcount of 78 partners.

The new partners and their respective practice areas are:

• Anshuman Mozumdar (2011 NLU Jodhpur; M&A, PE),
• Harish Kumar (2009 Delhi University LLB, company secretary; general corporate & commercial),
• Nipun Vaid (2008 NLSIU Bangalore; M&A, PE, corporate & commercial),
• Purvi Dabbiru (2011 NUJS Kolkata; banking & finance),
• Samarth Gupta (2011 NLU Jodhpur; M&A, corporate & commercial), and
• Snigdhaneel Satpathy (2011 NLU Jodhpur; general corporate & commercial).

Furthermore, Vivek Pareek has also been promoted to partner designate level and Akshay Jain to managing associate.

The firm also promoted to Senior Associate the following: Aiswarja Mohanty, Devaditya Chakravarti, Itee Singhal, Puneeth Nagaraj, Tanaya Sanyal, and Tavleen Singh.

Saraf added that the firm had taken additional office space in its Delhi office, and was “in the process of taking the entire floor” in its Mumbai office, more than doubling its existing space.
