IndusLaw Corp Lateral Partner Navin Syiem all set to join L&L Partners along with 2 of its Associates

In a recent report, as per sources, IndusLaw Partner Navin Syiem is all set to join L&L Partners. He has left the firm in December, last year

Navin Syiem is the NLSIU Bangalore 2000 Graduate who specializes in Corporate work. He had joined Indus in 2016 from HSA Advocates.

He will not be alone in joining but will be accompanied by Managing Associate Nitin Gera and Senior Associate Shruti Barua.

Syiem’s joining will surely strengthen steady L&L’s fluctuating Corporate Partner numbers while in a similar manner IndusLaw had hired much of L&L's Capital Markets team.

L&L Senior Partner Mohit Saraf had confirmed on their joining and said:

Syiem commented saying, “It’s a great corporate practice with stellar M&A work and we are looking forward to being part of the L&L team and help grow the practice further. That’s where the market’s been very robust: M&A, restructuring and a lot of foreign investment work.”

Looking at the Career of Navin Syiem, he has done Corporate Finance and Project Finance work. He specializes primarily in M&A transactional now.
