No stopping of DSK's hunt of HSA: Disputes Partner Nand Kishore moves with team of 4

DSK Legal has now added HSA Delhi & Mumbai-based litigation partner Nand Kishore and his team of four fee-earners.

Kishore’s advisory practice focuses on direct and indirect tax and anti-trade laws, while in disputes he does employment, arbitration and white collar crime cases.

He will be joining DSK’s Mumbai office with a team of two principal associates, one senior associate and one associate, according to DSK press release.

Nand is a 2000 Delhi University graduate, who had begun his career for one year at Luthra & Luthra in Delhi, followed by three years Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan and then some time as an independent. In 2008 he joined BMR Advisors for three years, moving to HSA in 2011 as a partner.

DSK Managing Partner Anand Desai said in the statement: “Nand’s experience in tax laws fills a requirement we had, and his experience in dispute resolution will add to our strength in this area.”

While HSA had managed to retain two out of the nine partners who DSK had originally signed up, Nand was not part of that original group.
