Charter Law Chambers, started by Praxis Counsel Partner Hemant Singh earlier this year only in Delhi as a Regulatory Shop, has now opened a Mumbai Office with three fee-earners.
The Office is based in the Fort area and is intended to provide service to its existing clients such as Adani Electricity, Green Infra, and SKS Power, the firm said in a statement.
In Delhi, Independent Lawyer Mridul Chakravarty too has joined the firm as a Senior Partner. He will be based in Delhi but is responsible for overseeing the new Mumbai operations.
The 2007 Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi Law Graduate had previously also worked at Praxis, before going independent in 2011.
The strength of Charter has now reached to 17 Lawyers, starting up from 8 Lawyers in Feb when it had been founded.
