No confirmation from his side has yet been obtained regarding. Advaita too declined to comment.
The firm’s Co-Founding Partner Sujit Ghosh had left in July 2018 to become an arguing counsel.
After Dua’s departure, Advaita will have three partners in three verticals: partner Shailendra Singh heads up the infrastructure practice, partner Sudipta Bhattacharjee heads up customs and indirect tax, while partner Kamal Sawhney (who had joined in 2016) heads up the direct tax practice.
