Link Legal advises Wingman in its acquisition by Clari

Link Legal, as Indian counsels advised and assisted in acquisition of the holding company of Bengaluru-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, Wingman by US-based revenue operations platform, Clari.

Wingman is a Bengaluru-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform whose AI system records, transcribes, and analyses sales calls and provides actionable insights to help companies streamline communication between different verticals of the business.

US-based, Clari is a revenue operations platform that uses automation and AI to unlock all the activity data captured in key business systems such as marketing automation, CRM, email, calendar, phone, content management, conversations, and more.

Link Legal, led by its Corporate Partner, Ketan Mukhija and Associate Partner, Gaurav Priyadarshi, represented and advised Wingman from the preliminary stage and until the closing of the transaction. The scope of work included drafting of definitive agreements, advising on the Indian law aspect of the transaction, highlighting the risks and advising on effective solutions to mitigate such risks in the transaction, and providing general advisory and assistance throughout the transaction.
