Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas announces joining of Pooranimaa Hariharan as a Partner in its Corporate Practice

Ms. Pooranimaa Hariharan has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Corporate practice. She is based in Bengaluru.

Pooranimaa has over 12 years of experience in the areas of private equity, mergers & acquisitions, entity formation and governance, as well as business structuring/ restructuring, across sectors. In addition to transactional work, she also routinely advises clients on the general corporate compliance requirements under various Indian laws. She graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2012.
