In view of closure of courts for indefinite period due to threat of coronavirus, the Allahabad High Court Bar Association (HCBA) has decided to grant financial aid of Rs 1,000 to its member lawyers having less than 10 years of practice & also to those who are above 75 years of age.
Chairman of Elders Committee of High Court Bar Association (HCBA), VC Mishra said that this decision of providing financial aid was taken in view of the fact that young lawyers, who by & large are going through a period of struggle, are facing financial crisis owing to complete closure of HC.
