Post: Trade Marks Attorney

The firm is looking to hire one Trade Mark Attorney with experience in Intellectual Property.

Details of the job description include:

1. Trademark/Copyright Search & sending legal opinion to the clients.
2. Filling applications (National & International) for trademarks/ copyright.
3. Drafting reply to office actions.
4. Preparation, maintenance and updating the IP portfolio.
5. Filing opposition/ objections raised on the applications.
6. Filing of evidence in support of Notice of Opposition/Counter-Statement.
7. Visiting government offices in relation with trademark/ copyright filings, attending show cause hearings at Trade Mark Registry & IPAB.
8. Taking necessary actions against misuse, infringement of trademarks and sending cease & desist notice to the infringer & enforcing the Clients’ trademarks.
9. Liaisoning with the Indian and & Foreign attorneys.
