About the Opportunity

AQUILAW is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Mumbai team!

If you have a strong foundation in dispute resolution, handling civil litigation matters, including property disputes, constitutional, and contractual matters, as well as recovery disputes.

Adept at managing case documentation, legal research, and court procedure compliance. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with a client-first and solutions-oriented mindset.

They have to report to Partner Neerav Merchant and the Principal Associate on certain matters.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 to 4 years PQE.
• Well versed in filing and other procedures relating to the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, managing commercial disputes, filing of miscellaneous and interim applications, well-versed with commercial laws, and preferred to have basic criminal litigation knowledge.
