About the Role

The University invites applications from accomplished committed, and dynamic legal minds for the positions of Professors (Law), Associate Professors (Law) and Assistant Professors (Law) in major Law subjects including Property, Administrative Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Family Law, Criminal Laws, Company Law, Labour Law, Public International Law, Human Rights, Family Law, Procedural Laws, Drafting and pleading, Environmental Law, Taxation Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, International Trade Law.

Roles and Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru.  The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate law courses, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional administrative duties include mentoring students, participating in faculty meetings, and engaging in academic and professional service within the university.

Essential Qualifications

Assistant Professor

• A good academic record, with a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline.
• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in relevant field.
• Candidates having good Publications and teaching experience will be preferred.

Associate Professor

• A good academic record, with a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline.
• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in relevant field.
• Minimum eight years of teaching and/or research experience in an academic/research position equivalent to Assistant Professor at a university/college or accredited research institution or industry equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or accredited research Institution/Industry with a minimum of seven publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

Professor

• An eminent scholar with Ph.D. degree in the concerned /allied/ relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications in Refereed Journals.
• Minimum ten years of teaching experience in university/college at levels including minimum of three years as Associate Professor, with good research publications
• Experience of guiding candidates for research at Doctoral level, and

Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology-mediated teaching learning process.
